Apple, almond and yogurt cake

Ingredients
- 1 lemon, peel and juice
- 100 g of sugar and a little more for the surface
- 50 g almonds
- 350 g apple
- 3 eggs
- 125g lemon yogurt
- 70 g butter at room temperature
- 200 g flour
- A pinch of salt
- An envelope of Royal type pastry yeast
Preparation
Put the almonds, 100 grams of sugar and the lemon peel in the grinder.
We chop everything and set aside.
Peel and chop the apples. Put them in a bowl with the lemon juice. Set aside.
In a large bowl, place the eggs, yogurt, butter, flour, salt and yeast.
We add the almonds, sugar and lemon that we chopped earlier to this mixture.
We mix well.
We put half of this mixture in a springform pan of about 22 centimetres in diameter. We spread half of the apple over this mixture.
We put the rest of the dough on the apple.
Place the rest of the chopped apple on top. Sprinkle sugar over the apple.
Bake at 180º for approximately 40 minutes.
