If you have a Thermomix or a similar food processor, you're probably hooked on making homemade jams. Today I'm sharing my recipe for apricot jam: It is delicious and has a spectacular color.
It only takes three ingredients: very ripe apricots, sugar, and a splash of lemon juice. Nothing else. And the best part is, it takes just 40 minutes to make.
If you want preserve it for longerI recommend using suitable jars. I sterilize them in a water bath while the jam is cooking. As soon as the jam is cooked, while it's still piping hot, I fill the jars to the top, seal them tightly, and turn them upside down. This way, they cool, creating a vacuum, and they're perfectly sealed.
