Ingredients
- 700 g boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1 / 2 cebolla
- 1/2 lemon
- 40 g olive oil
- 150 ml of beer
- 50 g of breadcrumbs
- 50 g of grated cheese
- Ground black pepper
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 2 potatoes to fry in wedges in oil
Preparation
Heat 40 g of olive oil in a frying pan. Fry the chicken and brown it on both sides. Remove and set aside.
We prepare a tray that can go in the oven. We add the oil from frying the chicken. Peel and cut the onion and place it on the base. We also add the lsliced lemon and rosemary leaves.
We put the fried chicken On top, we add the beer. We put the oven to heat with heat up and down at 220º. We cover the tray with foil and put it in the oven. Let it bake for 20 minutes.
