Ingredients
- 180 g butter at room temperature
- 120 g of sugar and a little more for the surface
- 4 eggs
- 150 g of natural yogurt
- 320 g flour
- 8 g yeast
- 250g fresh blueberries

Put the butter and 120 g of sugar in a food processor or a large bowl.
Mix well with a few rods.
We add the yogurt and the eggs.
We mix everything with the rods.
We add the flour and the yeast.
Using the hook, knead until you obtain a smooth, homogeneous dough.
We add the blueberries.
We mix with a pastry spatula.
We put our dough in a plum cake mold.
We sprinkle a couple of tablespoons of moistened sugar on the surface.
Bake at 180º (preheated oven) for 50 minutes or until the inside is well cooked.
