Ingredients

800 g of clean tuna
Flour to coat it
Sal Island
1 / 2 cebolla
1/2 red pepper
500 g of fried tomato
5 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

Salt and flour the tuna. It we seal (one minute will be enough) in a pan with 5 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.
We remove the bonito, draining the oil, and reserve it.
In that same pan poach the onion that we will have finely chopped. Once fried we incorporate the pepper, in Little pieces.
In the large frying pan we put the pieces of tuna, the onion and the pepper (already fried) and also the fried tomato. We let everything cook for approximately 3 minutes.
