Brussels sprouts with whole flour béchamel

The Brussels sprouts They are one of those foods that you either like a lot or don't like at all. I particularly like it a lot but, thinking of the most reluctant, we are going to prepare them with a bechamel that nobody can resist. We will make it with whole wheat flour (hence its color) and it will be as rich as the traditional one.

We will put on the surface some pieces of mozzarella cheese and ... baked!

In this case I have used cabbages frozen but if yours are fresh the procedure is practically the same. You just have to clean them well and make a cross-shaped cut at the base before cooking.

If you have any leftover cabbage and you want to prepare a delicious and original appetizer, look at this link: Brussels sprouts with bacon
