Don't wait to try this simple recipe, made with a Condensed Milk Sponge Cake, what a delight! You can make it in three simple steps and enjoy a juicy cake.

It is a recipe to make with Thermomix. First we will beat the eggs with a whisk. simple program and some heat. Then we will add the rest of the ingredients and mix it for four seconds.

There would only be put in the mold and bake. It is super simple, since all that remains is to unmold, decorate sugar glass and enjoy a natural sweet for your breakfasts or snacks.

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs size L
  • 120 g of wheat flour
  • 350 g of condensed milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla essence
  • 50 g melted butter
  • 8 g baking powder
  • Butter to spread on the mold
  • 1 tablespoon of flour for the mold
  • 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar to decorate

Preparation

  1. Place the butterfly in the Thermomix glass. Add the 4 eggs and program. 6 minutes, 37º at speed 4.

  2. When the mixing is finished, we program again 6 minutes at speed 4. This time without heat.

  3. We add: 350 g of condensed milk, 120 g of wheat flour, 8 g of baking powder, 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract, 100 g of melted butter and a pinch of salt. We program 4 seconds at speed 3.

  4. Prepare a plum cake mould that can go in the oven. Grease it with butter and sprinkle the flour on top. Shake it and remove any remaining flour to ensure it is evenly dispersed. Preheat the oven to 180º, with heat from above and below.

  5. Pour the cake mixture into the mould and when the oven is hot, place it in. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. You will know that the cake is done when you insert something sharp into it and see that it comes out clean.

  6. Once baked, let it cool. Remove from the mould and check to see if the cake has a top to leave a smooth surface. Trim off the excess and turn it over. Decorate with powdered sugar.
