Ingredients
- 1 round puff pastry sheet
- Sugar
- 500 g of pastry cream
- 250 g of ricotta
- Grated peel of an orange
- 9 teaspoons of peach jam
Preparation
We unroll the puff pastry and spread it over a springform pan about 26 centimeters in diameter.
We prick it with a fork.
We sprinkle a tablespoon of sugar on the surface.
Bake at 180º for approximately 15 minutes, until golden.

We also prepare the ricotta cream. To do this, put the ricotta, a tablespoon of sugar, and the grated peel of one orange in a bowl.
We mix and reserve in the refrigerator.
