The cream is simply that, Greek yogurt 0% natural with acacia honey. The fruit you see in the image is an apple cooked with sugar and orange juice.

Ingredients

2 apples
2 tablespoons sugar
The juice of half an orange
250 g Greek yogurt
20 g honey
3 cookies

Music

We peel and chop the apples. We put them in a saucepan. We add two tablespoons of sugar and the juice of half an orange.
We cook for a few minutes over medium heat.
When they are ready, we remove them from the heat and let them cool for a few minutes.
In a bowl we put the Greek yogurt and 20 g of honey.
We mix.
We distribute half of the apples that we have previously cooked in three glass glasses.
We put the yogurt with honey on that first layer of apple. We finished our dessert by putting the rest of the apple on top of the yogurt.
We serve or keep in the refrigerator until ready to serve. We can accompany each glass with a cookie.
