This salad is a traditional dish of the Murcia and it is a classic of our house. It is one of those very easy recipes that always get us out of trouble when we have guests.
La Murciana Salad it is made with simple ingredients that hardly require cooking. We will only use the stove to cook the eggs!

Ingredients
- 1 large jar of canned pear tomatoes (peeled), or two small jars
- 2 cans of tuna
- 1 pot of black olives
- 1 / 2 cebolla
- 2 eggs
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Vinegar
- Sal Island
Music
We put two eggs in a saucepan with water and salt. We put it on fire. After 10 minutes they will be cooked. We take out and reserve.
We put the tomatoes and the liquid that comes in the pot. We drain the tuna and we also put it in the bowl. We drain the olives and we incorporate them to the previous ingredients.
We finely chop the onion and we put it in the bowl. We cut into quarters the eggs hard and incorporate them.
We mix everything. We dress our salad and reserve it in the refrigerator until it is time to bring it to the table.
