Pork tenderloin in sauce and garlic

Ingredients
- 1 pork tenderloin with 12 medallions
- 70 g olive oil
- 10 cloves of garlic
- 1 glass of white wine
- 1 beef stock cube
- Sal Island
- Ground black pepper
Preparation
Add the olive oil to a large frying pan and place it on the heat. We peel the garlic and cut them into slices. We add them to the oil and We brown them, without burning them.
We take out the garlic cloves from the oil and set them aside. We fry the pork medallions in the same oil. We have to let them brown on both sides.
We add the salt, ground black pepper, garlic and we incorporate the glass of white wine. We let it cook for about 5 minutes, until we see that the wine is reduced.
We add the beef broth cube and we leave cook 15 minutesAfter 7 minutes, turn the medallions over so that they brown on both sides.
Once they are ready, we can serve them with rice, salad or potatoes.
