Ingredients
- 1 pack of 12 prepared empanadas, large size
- 1 jar of about 350g of natural fried tomato without vegetables
- 120 g of tuna in oil
- 1 / 2 cebolla
- 60 g of green pepper
- 60 g of red pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 30 g olive oil
- Plenty of mild olive oil or sunflower oil for frying

We clean the onion and chop it into small pieces. We do the same with the red and green bell peppers. We clean the garlic and chop it very finely.
We prepare a pan with 30 g olive oil and we heat it with the itWhen it starts to fry, we immediately add the onion and red and green pepper.
Once it's sautéed, we add the tomato sauce and stirWe let it cook between 6 to 8 minutes, without stopping stirring from time to time.
We prepare the empanadas. When we have ours ready ketchupWe add a small portion in the center. On top, we place a little of well drained tuna.
We closed the empanadas and we seal the edges with the help of a fork.
We prepare a frying pan with plenty of oil. We fry the empanadas and let them brown on both sides. We remove them and let them drain on a plate lined with paper towels. We serve them hot.
