Ingredients

For the cake:

6 eggs
100 g of sugar
100 g flour
100 butter g

For the filling:

1 package of smoked salmon
100 g pitted green olives
2 hard-boiled eggs
6 pickles
1 tablespoon of mustard
1 teaspoon of honey
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
200 g of lettuce
Chopped fresh dill

First, we prepare the cake. To do this, we separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the sugar with the egg yolks and add the flour and butter.
On the other hand, we mount the whites and mix with the above.
Line a flat baking tray with parchment paper and spread the cake so that it is evenly distributed. Bake at 180ºC for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, we prepare the filling: chop the olives, the boiled eggs, the gherkins, the lettuce. Mix with the mayonnaise, mustard, honey and dill
Spread this filling on the sponge cake plate, put the salmon slices on top and roll up. Let cool 1 hour.
We serve cut into slices.
