Ingredients
- 20 g olive oil
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 carrot, cut into pieces
- 1 portobello mushroom, chopped
- 400 g of minced meat
- 300 g tomato passata
- Sal Island
- Pepper
- Dried aromatic herbs
- 320 g spaghetti

We put the oil, onion and carrot in a frying pan. We start cooking.
We add the mushroom and continue sautéing.
After a few minutes, add the meat. Add the salt, pepper and herbs.
We sauté. After a few minutes we add the passata.
We cook for a few more minutes, until it is like this.
Heat the water in a saucepan. When it starts to boil, add the pasta and cook it for the time indicated on the package.
When the pasta is ready, drain it lightly and add it to the meat and vegetables. Mix well and serve immediately.
