Ingredients

  • 1 can of bonito loins in olive oil
  • 8 good quality piquillo peppers
  • 150 g smoked salmon
  • 12 quail eggs
  • Olive oil
  • Vinegar
  • Sal Island
  • Chopped fresh parsley

Preparation

  1. It is a very simple recipe, but with an elegant presentation. We have to cook the quail eggs. In a saucepan we add salt water, we add the quail eggs and we put it to boil. When it starts to boil we count 5 minutes and we drain them.

  2. When the quail eggs are cold, we peel them carefully. Then we split them in half along the egg.

  3. We prepare the 4 plates for the guests. We place the smoked salmon and the piquillo peppers on one side, forming a cross.

  4. We place two or three pieces of bonito loins on top. We also placed the 3 quail eggs cut into the sides of the plate.

  5. We fix with olive oil and a small splash of vinegar. We decorate it with a little chopped fresh parsley.
