Ingredients
- 200 g of chocolate fondant
- 100 butter g
- 4 eggs
- 100 g of sugar
- 60 g flour
- Icing sugar for the surface

We put the chocolate, in pieces, in a saucepan or in a saucepan.

Once melted, let it cool, in a bowl or in the same saucepan.

Add the sugar to the egg whites.

Pour the mixture into a removable mold about 26 centimeters in diameter.
Bake at 180º (preheated oven) for 25 minutes.
