We have these spaghetti, with a simple proposal that all members of the family like. They are Thin spaghetti with carbonara sauce, with a spectacular flavor.
The sauce is not a big mystery, we will cook it on a frying pan cooking the onion and baconThen we add the cream and let the flavors integrate well.
We will cook the spaghetti, we will enrich the water with a meat cube to give it an extra flavor. Now all that is left is to serve the pasta with the Carbonara sauce and to enjoy!

Ingredients
- 400 g of thin spaghetti
- 1 / 2 cebolla
- 5 slices of smoked bacon
- 30 g olive oil
- 500 ml of cream for cooking
- 1 meat cube
- Water for cooking
- Sal Island
Preparation
We put a large saucepan with water to heat, a little salt and the meat cube. When it starts to bubble we add the spaghetti to cook. We will let it cook for as long as it needs, depending on the manufacturer.
When we have them cooked we drain and set aside.
In a large frying pan we add the 30 g olive oil. Peel and finely chop the onion and put it in the pan. Put it on the heat and let it fry. While we cut the onion, thinly sliced bacon. When we have almost done the onion, we add the bacon, stir and leave cook for 2 minutes.
We add the cream to the sofrito and let it start to boil. We lower the heat a little and let it cook slowly for 6 minutes of your time Stir occasionally.
When ready, mix the spaghetti with the carbonara sauce. Serve hot.
