Ingredients
- 300 g of tortelloni stuffed with ham and cheese
- 1 / 2 cebolla
- 500 ml of cream for cooking
- 30 g olive oil
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- Sal Island

Preparation
We put the pasta to cook. We fill a pot with water and a little salt. When it starts to boil we add the pasta, we wait for it to boil and we leave it cook 3 to 5 minutes, depending on what the manufacturer requires. When it is ready, we drain it immediately so that it does not continue cooking in the water.
In a large frying pan we put a drizzle of olive oil. We peel, clean the onion and we cut it into very thin julienne strips. We put it to fry.
When we have it sautéed we add the 2 tablespoons tomato paste, then stir and cook for 2 minutes.
We add the 500 ml of cream and we let it cook 6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Wait until the flavours are well integrated.
We divide the pasta among the plates. When the sauce is ready, we add it over the tortellini. We serve it hot.
