Alfredo Pasta

Ingredients
- 200 g spaghetti
- 300 g of chicken breast
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of wheat flour
- Olive oil
- 250 ml warm whole milk
- 100 g of grated cheese, the stronger it is, the more character it will give to the dish

We heat a large quantity of water with salt. When it starts to boil we will pour the spaghettis and we will leave them cooking the minutes that they indicate. When they are done we will drain them and set them aside.
We cut chicken in pieces or small taquitos. In a frying pan we add a little olive oil and we will add the chicken. Add the salt and let them brown. When they are done we put it aside.
In a frying pan we add the small jet of olive oil and we will throw the minced garlic fine. We will let them brown.
Next and without the garlic passing us, we add the tablespoon of wheat flour and we will give turns so that the flour cooks a few minutes. It has to remove the taste of raw flour.
We cast the milk and we stir it well so that a thin and somewhat thick dough. We lower the heat and add the grated cheese. We will continue turning so that it is well incorporated into the sauce, we will wait two more minutes and remove it from the heat.
We cast the sauce on top of spaghetti and when we go to plate we add on top some chicken nuggets. To decorate we can add a little chopped fresh parsley.
