Mayra Fernández Joglar
I was born in Asturias in 1976, a land of green landscapes, cider and bean stew. I am a bit of a citizen of the world and I carry photos, souvenirs and recipes from here and there in my suitcase. I have lived in several countries and have learned to appreciate the gastronomic and cultural diversity of each place. I belong to a family in which the great moments, good and bad, take place around a table, so since I was little, cooking has been present in my life. I like to cook with love, with fresh and seasonal products, and with a touch of creativity. That's why I prepare recipes so that the little ones grow up healthy, enjoy food and have fun in the kitchen. My goal is to share with you my experiences, tips and tricks so that you can prepare delicious, nutritious and easy dishes for your children.
