My name is Irene and I am passionate about cooking and gastronomy. I was born in Madrid, but I have lived in different cities and countries, which has allowed me to know and enjoy various culinary cultures. I am very lucky to be the mother of a child whom I adore madly and who loves to eat, try new dishes and flavors. Together we had a lot of fun in the kitchen, experimenting with ingredients, recipes and techniques. For more than 10 years I have been actively writing on various gastronomic blogs, among which, without a doubt, Thermorecetas.com stands out. In this blogging world I have discovered a wonderful place that has allowed me to meet great people and learn an infinite number of recipes and tricks to make my son's diet the best and we both enjoy making and eating delicious dishes together.
