Ingredients

For two people
500 gr of spaghetti
2 ripe avocados
Some fresh basil leaves
2 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

20 cherry tomatoes, halved

Music

In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil with salt. When the water starts to boil, add the pasta and cook according to the pasta instructions.
For the avocado sauce, in the glass of a blender we mix the avocado with the basil, garlic, and lemon juice. Season with salt, pepper and olive oil, and emulsify everything until all the ingredients are well mixed.
Once the pasta is cooked, we drain it and mix it with the avocado sauce. Garnish with cherry tomatoes, and serve immediately.
