    Ingredients

    • 4 eggs
    • 250 gr. frozen spinach
    • 2 cloves of garlic
    • 100 ml. liquid cream (18% fat)
    • sweet and / or spicy paprika
    • dried or powdered onion
    • pepper
    • oil
    • shawl

    Music

    1. Cook the spinach in salted water until tender. Drain and chop quickly with scissors.

    2. Sauté the chopped garlic in a pan with the oil for a few seconds and then add the spinach and paprika.

    3. Season with salt and pepper and sauté for a few minutes so that the spinach gains flavor and remains soft.

    4. We put the spinach in individual flaneras greased with oil and shell an egg in each one.

    5. Cover with a little cream, sprinkle onion and cover with aluminum foil.

    6. We put the molds on a tray half filled with water to cook in a bain-marie for 10 minutes so that the egg hardens, especially the white.

    7. Add more vegetables to the spinach such as a little cooked potato or pumpkin and a little ripe tomato.
