- 1 glass of sweet wine
- Some flour
- 2 eggs
- Abundant oil for frying
- Sugar

We peel and core the apples. We cut them into slices and put them in a large bowl. We prepare the glass of wine.
We sprinkle the wine over the apple slices and let them marinate. We will have them in the wine for half an hour.
We are passing the apple slices through flour and then through the beaten egg.
