Ingredients

battered hake

500 g of hake
2 eggs
1 plate of wheat flour
Sal Island
Olive oil

Piquillo pepper sauce

8 piquillo peppers
750 ml of cream for cooking

Half an onion
30 ml of aceite oliva

Pour 40g of olive oil into a frying pan and heat it. Peel and chop the onion. Add it to the pan and let it sauté.
Add the lightly chopped piquillo peppers and fry for a couple of minutes.
Add the 750 ml of cooking cream and salt. Let it cook for a few minutes, stirring occasionally. Once cooked, pour it into a large glass and blend with an immersion blender until smooth and creamy.
We prepare the hake and cut it into small pieces . We sprinkle salt on both sides of the fish. We prepare one plate with two beaten eggs and another plate with wheat flour.
We heat olive oil in a frying pan. We coat the fish, first in flour and then in beaten egg. We add it to the pan to fry. We let it brown on both sides and set it aside.
Once the fish and cream are finished, we will plate it. We add a cream base and the battered fish on top. We can decorate it with some fresh parsley leaves.
