Ingredients

450 g of tomato pulp (canned or natural)
1 chive
15 g of extra virgin olive oil
Some fresh parsley leaves
Sal Island
1 jar of cooked beans, canned (about 250 g once drained)
Black pudding that we have left over from the stew
2 eggs

Music

We put the tomato pulp in a pan. Also the chopped chives, olive oil and parsley leaves.
We put the pan on the fire and cook over low heat for 15 or 20 minutes. We add salt.
We take advantage of this time to cook the hard-boiled eggs, in a saucepan with water and salt.
We can also take advantage of the tomato cooking time to crumble the black pudding.
When the sauce is ready, add the black pudding, crumbled.
We stir and cook for about 3 minutes.
We drain the beans, we pass them through the stream of cold water, and we also add them to the pan.
Let everything cook together for about 8 minutes. After that time we have our beans ready to take to the table.
