Beef burgers with mushrooms

These are one of our burgers favorites. Before I prepared them with onion but lately I substitute this ingredient for mushrooms. Well minced, I mix it with the meat, with beaten egg and a little breadcrumbs.

They are very juicy and with a delicate flavor that children like a lot. In the photo you see her with her hamburger 'bread, a tomato slice and raw mushroom. They can also be served directly on the plate, without the bread, with a rich salad.
