Beef meatballs with beer sauce

We have one more way to make delicious meatballs. They are made exclusively from beef, with a special seasoning and a beer sauce that will surprise you.

We first make a meat dough with garlic, egg and breadcrumbs. We will form the balls and fry them in the pan. Once they are golden brown, they will be ready to prepare the sauce.

With the sauce in the pan, cook the meatballs over a low heat so that all the flavours blend together. It is a perfect recipe for a second course or for dinner. Serve it with a nice salad.
