- 1 kg of beef in pieces
- A splash of olive oil

- 150 g tomato passata

Preparation
We put a splash of olive oil, the meat and the onion in the pressure cooker.
Sauté for a few minutes.

Mix. Cover the pot and cook under pressure for a few minutes. Depending on the type of pot you use, the cooking time will vary. I have a pressure cooker, and 10-15 minutes is enough.
