Making a beef stew with green beans is simple and quick if you have a good pressure cooker.

There are traditional pressure cookers (the ones with the little valve), fast ones or super fast ones, and they are characterized by saving us time in the kitchen.

In this case, the meat and beans are cooked without adding broth or water, in their own juices and with the tomato passata that is included among the ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 kg of beef in pieces
  • A splash of olive oil
  • 1 / 2 cebolla
  • 1 teaspoon of flour
  • 500 g of green beans
  • 150 g tomato passata
  • Sal Island
  • A sprig of rosemary

  1. We put a splash of olive oil, the meat and the onion in the pressure cooker. We put the meat in the pot and sauté it.
