Do we prepare a beef and vegetable stew simple? We are going to make it in a pressure cooker, so it will take a short time to have it ready and, in addition, we will save.
Carries leek, frozen peas and also carrot. As if this were not enough, we are going to serve it with a mashed potato.
That mashed potatoes You can make it in Thermomix, as I have done, or prepare it in the traditional way.

Ingredients
- 1 kilo of beef, in pieces
- A splash of olive oil
- Sal Island
- Pepper
- 1 leek
- Carrots 2
- 270 g frozen peas
- 1/2 glass of water
- For the mashed potatoes:
- 840 g of potato
- 250g milk
- Sal Island
- Pepper
- A splash of olive oil
Music
Put a drizzle of olive oil in the pot. We put the pot on the fire.
Add the meat and fry it, with a little salt and pepper.
We take advantage of that time to prepare the vegetables.
Wash, clean and chop the leek. Peel and chop the carrots. Add these vegetables to the pot.
We also add the frozen peas.
Sauté everything for about five minutes and add half a glass of water.
We cook under pressure. Here the time will depend on your pot. In my case, 20 minutes is enough.
While the meat is cooking in the pot we can prepare the puree. In this case we do it in Thermomix.
We fit the butterfly. We put in the glass the potato in small pieces, the milk, the salt and the pepper. We program 30 minutes, 95º, speed 1.
We check if the potato is cooked (if it was not, we can program a few more minutes with the same temperature and speed).
Add a splash of oil and program 10 seconds, speed 3.
If you do not have a Thermomix you can prepare the puree in the traditional way.
