To do this bicolor sponge cake We are going to start preparing a sponge cake dough, one of the simple ones, with egg, milk, oil, flour... Then we will divide that dough in two and mix one of those portions with melted chocolate fondant.
The result is a cake two colors and two flavors, one more delicate and another with a powerful chocolate flavor.
Don't hesitate to try it. It is prepared in a moment, it is beautiful and everyone likes it.

The dark color is made by adding fondant chocolate to the dough.

Ingredients
- 150 g of chocolate fondant for desserts
- 4 eggs
- 100 g of sugar
- A pinch of salt
- 120 g olive oil
- 150 g whole milk
- 300 g flour
- 1 envelope of Royal type pastry yeast (about 16 grams)

Put the chocolate, in pieces, in a bowl. We melt it in the microwave. A minute and a half can be enough but I recommend that you start warming up for 30 seconds and that you program more time if you consider it necessary, but always a few seconds.
We put in the bowl the four eggs and the sugar.
We mix.
Add the salt, oil and milk.
We mix again.
To incorporate the flour, it is best to sift it as seen in the photo.
Add all the flour into the bowl. We also add the yeast.
We mix. The dough will be like this.
We put half of that mass in the bowl where we have the melted chocolate. The other half, we leave where it is.
We are pouring both masses into the cake mold. Mine is 26 centimeters in diameter. We can put it alternating colors, without getting too complicated. Once we have everything in the mold we can mix lightly with a spoon.
Bake at 170º for 35 or 40 minutes, until we see that the cake is well cooked inside.
