We are going to use stale bread to prepare a delicious pudding. They are made with very basic ingredients: eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon... which combine perfectly with the curd that we will later put on the surface.

I recommend that, once you put the portions on the plates, you spray them with a little bit of honey. You are going to give it an even more special touch.

Ingredients

200 g of sugar to make the caramel
300 g of stale bread
8 eggs
80 g of sugar
Cinnamon powder, one teaspoon
650g milk

And for the curd:

1 liter of milk
2 sachets of curd

We put the 200 g of sugar in the pan. We put it to heat, over low heat, until the caramel is formed.
As the sugar heats up it will turn like this.
Put the caramel in a baking dish.
Chop the hard bread and put it on the caramel, in the source.
In a bowl we put the eight eggs.
Beat them and add the sugar.
We also add the cinnamon.
We also incorporate the milk and put this liquid mixture on the stale bread.
With a spatula or a spoon we are going to crush the bread so that it is well soaked.
Bake at 180º (preheated oven) for approximately 25 minutes.
In a cup we put a splash of cold milk and also the curd powder.
Mix the powders well with the milk.
Heat the rest of the milk in a saucepan.
When the milk is very hot, add the dissolved curd powder. Let cook for a few minutes, stirring constantly.
We put our curd on the pudding that we have just prepared.
Let cool, first at room temperature and then in the fridge, until set.
