El stuffed bread today is ideal for breakfast or snack. It is a sweet bread because it is filled with butter, sugar and cinnamon. It is delicious like this, as seen in the photo, and also toasted.
A three-year-old girl has helped me prepare it. You see her little hands in the step-by-step photos. The little ones can help to extend it and, above all, to distribute the butter, cinnamon and sugar.
You can put the bread roll directly on the baking tray. But if you have mould, you can also place it inside, as seen in the images.

Ingredients
- 460 g of semi-whole flour
- 100 g of bread flour
- 18 g baker's yeast
- 290 g of water
- 1 teaspoon and honey
- 25 g olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
For the filling:
- 50 g yeast
- Whole cane sugar
- Cinnamon

Put the flour and yeast in the mixing bowl.
Add the water and honey.
We begin to knead.
During the kneading we are adding, little by little, the oil.
Let the dough rest, covered with a cloth.
You will need to double your volume.
We spread the dough, with a rolling pin, on the counter.
Melt the butter for half a minute in the microwave. We paint our extended dough with butter.
Now sprinkle the cinnamon and sugar.
We roll the dough.
We put our bread roll in a bread mold, lined with baking paper.
We let rise again. It will stay like this.
Bake at 200º (preheated oven) for approximately 35 minutes.
