Our cake two chocolates It can't be more chocolatier. The base is a sponge cake bathed in a simple syrup. We will make the central icing that you see in the photo with cream and more chocolate.
The little ones like it a lot. And ... if it is not for children, you can include a splash of cognac in the syrup.

Ingredients
Ingredients for the cake:
- 100 g of sugar
- 200 g of fonding chocolate
- 75 g flour
- 3 eggs
- 100 butter g
- 1 envelope of Royal type yeast
For the syrup:
- 100 g of sugar
- 100 g of water
For the icing:
- 200 g of liquid cream
- 100 g of covered chocolate
- 150 g milk chocolate

We preheat the oven to 180º
We start the recipe by making the cake. We put the butter and the chocolate in a bowl and melt it in the microwave, first programming 30 seconds and then, if necessary, another 30. We mix well until it is melted.
In another bowl we mix the eggs and sugar. We add the previous mixture of chocolate and butter and integrate everything well.
Add in flour and yeast. Mix everything well and put it in a mold - better if it is removable - of about 22 centimeters in diameter (greased and floured previously).
We bake at 180º for 25 or 30 minutes.
While the cake is baking we prepare the icing. We heat the cream in a saucepan. We chop the chocolate from the icing and put it in a container. When the cream begins to boil we put it in the bowl of chopped chocolate. We mix well until the chocolate is undone. We reserve first at room temperature and then in the refrigerator.
For the syrup, we put the water and sugar in a saucepan. We put the saucepan on the fire and heat it for a few minutes (7 minutes will be enough). We booked.
When all the preparations are ready and at room temperature or even cold we can assemble the cake.
We unmold the cake. We make several holes in the surface (but not in the edges) with a skewer stick.
Soak the central part of the cake with the syrup.
Heat the icing for a few seconds in the Thermomix or in the microwave to soften it.
We let the cake cool in the refrigerator until serving time.
