You will love these carbonara baked potatoes. It's a Perfect accompaniment to any dish, whether meat, fish or vegetables. These are some potatoes that we will cook with a carbonara style sauce. You just have to make the mixture in the same tray so it will turn out to be a very simple recipe. Then we will put it in the oven and wait for it to cook and soften the potatoes. This recipe add a thin layer of cheese that you can add to its surface when baking.

Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes
- 120 g sliced smoked bacon
- 1 medium onion
- 500 ml of cream for cooking
- Sal Island
- Ground black pepper
Preparation
Peel and clean the onion and cut it into thin rings. We take the bacon strips in bacon and cut it into small pieces.
We prepare a tray that can go in the oven that is not too large. We peel and wash the potatoes. We cut them into medium thin slices and place them on the tray. We sprinkle salt on them.
We place all the ingredients inside the tray and We stir so that they mix.
We add the cream on top of the ingredients and season with salt. We let the cream fall between the gaps and then we shake the tray with blows on the table so that it falls and expands in all corners.
We heat the oven to 200° with heat up and down. When it gets hot, we put the tray in the center part. We let it bake for a few 40 or 45 minutes. We will see that it is done when we pierce the potatoes and notice that they are soft.
Once baked we serve hot.
