Cauliflower and potato side dish

Cauliflower and potato side dish

Today we propose a delicious and very versatile side dish: sautéed potatoes with cauliflower with aromatic herbs. It's a side dish that works equally well with meats and fish, and can even be served as a light starter.

The preparation couldn't be simpler. First, boil the potato and cauliflower in plenty of water until tender. Then, simply sauté everything in a pan with a generous drizzle of olive oil and the aromatic herbs that you like the most.

A little trick: I usually boil the whole potato and chop it at the end, only if I think it's necessary. You can leave the skin on or remove it before sautéing; both options work well, so choose whichever you prefer.

And if you like cauliflower, you have to try this other recipe. Note that in this case we use it raw: Couscous with cauliflower florets in Thermomix
