Ingredients

110 g of hazelnuts
100 g of fonding chocolate
50 g of extra virgin olive oil
3 eggs
70 g of cane sugar
10 g of bitter cocoa powder
1 orange from organic farming
A little butter or oil to spread the mold

Music

Using a food processor, grind the hazelnuts. We reserve them because we will use them later.
Melt the chocolate with the olive oil. We also save it for later.
With some rods we mount the eggs with the cane sugar. Once assembled we add the grated skin of an orange. Also cocoa powder. We continue mixing with the rods.
Now add the hazelnut flour and the mixture of chocolate and oil that we have prepared at the beginning. We integrate everything well.
We put the mixture in a mold of 22 centimeters in diameter that we will have spread before with a little butter or oil.
Bake at 170º for approximately 25 minutes.
