Let's make a quick stew of potatoes with chicken and curry. It is not complicated and you can solve lunch or dinner today.
We will stew everything in a large saucepan and then we will prepare a small stir fried to which we will add a little flour (which will serve to thicken the sauce) and also the spices. Easy, right?

Chicken curry stew
A chicken and potato stew full of flavor and color thanks to two spices: curry and turmeric.

Ingredients
- 400 g of chicken breast in pieces
- 700 g of potatoes (weight once peeled)
- 1 / 2 cebolla
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Water
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- Turmeric
- Curry
- A teaspoon of flour

- Cooked rice (optional)

We peel the potatoes.
We put in a saucepan the peeled and chopped potatoes in large pieces. We also put the chicken, part of the chopped onion and the garlic. We cover with water.
We put it on the fire and, in the first minutes of cooking, we remove the foam that could come out.
When the potatoes are cooked, put the oil and the rest of the chopped onion in a small saucepan. When the onion is cooked we add (in this saucepan) the flour, the turmeric and the curry.
Let it cook for between 1 and two minutes and add it to the potato and chicken stew.
We salt everything and let it cook, all together, for about 10 minutes.
We serve alone or with rice.
