If children are reluctant to eat meat, you can prepare these Chicken Nuggets and they will gladly take it.
They are made with sliced bread, aromatic herbs and a little fried onion, of which they sell for put on hamburgers or hot dogs.

Ingredients
- For the batter:
- 1 egg
- 80g milk
- 80 g flour
- A little bit of salt
- Bread crumbs
For the meat:
- 500 g of chicken breast
- 80 g of sliced bread
- 1 tablespoon fried onion
- Dried aromatic herbs
- A little bit of salt

Put the egg, milk, flour and salt in a bowl.
Mix well with a whisk. Let it rest in the fridge while we continue with the recipe.
Chop the chicken breast. We also cut the bread.
We put the chicken in pieces and the bread in the glass of a kitchen robot or in the glass of the chopper. We also add the fried onion, the aromatic herbs and the salt.
We chopped everything for a few seconds.
We put baking paper on the counter. With the meat mass that we have just prepared, we are forming balls and putting them on the baking paper. We crush them slightly with our hands.
Paint each nugget with the mixture of egg milk and flour.
Sprinkle breadcrumbs on them. We turn the nuggets and paint on the other side. We also sprinkle with bread on that other side.
Now we have two options. One is to fry the nuggets in plenty of hot oil. The other option is to bake them, painting them beforehand with a drizzle of oil.
