Ingredients
- A dash of extra virgin olive oil
- 800 g chicken in pieces
- 4 potatoes
- 1 leek not very big (the white part)
- 1 glass of beer

We put the drizzle of extra virgin olive oil in the casserole. When it is hot we put the chicken and brown it on both sides.
We take advantage of this time to peel and chop the potatoes. Also to wash the leek and chop it.
When the chicken is golden, we put the potato and the leek on it.
Add the beer and let it cook for a few minutes.
After that time we put the lid on and continue cooking over low heat. Every 10 minutes we can check how the cooking is going and add more beer if we consider it necessary.
It will be ready after approximately 40 minutes. We serve the chicken with the potatoes.
