We are going to prepare flavored butter. A very simple recipe with which we will surprise everyone and that is great with toast, meat or fish.

Ingredients

160 g of butter at room temperature (about 3 hours before preparing it we have to remove it from the refrigerator)
Fresh chives
Fresh parsley
A splash of lemon juice
Sal Island
Pepper

Music

Chop the chives and parsley.
We begin to work the butter at room temperature with a fork.
When it has a creamy consistency, add the chopped chives, the chopped parsley and also a splash of lemon juice.
Add the salt and pepper and mix everything very well.
We put our mixture in transparent film, on one side of our plastic wrap.
We roll it up trying to make it tight.
We close the sides as if it were a candy.
We put it in the refrigerator where it will be a minimum of 3 hours.
When it has cooled down and is hard, we unwrap it from the plastic wrap.
We cut some slices and serve it with toasted bread or with the dish that interests us the most.

Notes

If our starting butter is salty we will not have to add salt to our preparation.[br]It is stored in the refrigerator.
