We are going to make sweet dumplings but preparing the dough ourselves. It is this, the dough, that interests me the most about today's recipe since with it we can make various sweet dumplings.

We can fill them with jam, angel hair or this original mix of cashew, biscuit and chocolate that we propose today.

We will fried but you can also try baking them. Set the oven to 180 °. When they start to brown they will be ready.

Ingredients

For the mass:

250 g flour
50 g of sugar
45 butter g
35 g of white wine
10g limoncello
1 egg
1 yolk
A pinch of salt

For the filling:

50 g of chocolate (70% cocoa)
30 g of biscuits
60 g cashew nuts

Music

Mix the flour with the sugar, butter and salt in a bowl.
We add the whole egg, the yolk, the wine and the liquor.
We cover the dough with film and keep it in the refrigerator.
We prepare the ingredients for the filling.
We chop the cookies with a food processor and also the cashews.
We melt the chocolate in the microwave and put it on the cookie and crushed cashews and mix well, even with our hands if we consider it necessary.
After about 30 minutes, we remove the dough from the refrigerator. We divide it into 5 or 6 portions and spread those portions.
We are putting the filling on each strip, a teaspoon will be enough.
We fold the strips and cut the dumplings, making sure that there is no air left inside. It is also important that the edges are well glued so that they do not open when fried.
We fry them in plenty of sunflower oil and, once cooked, we put them on absorbent paper.
We sprinkle icing sugar on the surface, with a strainer.
