Making the dough requires a little patience, as doing it by hand will take more time and effort. However, with a stand mixer, you can make the dough in just a few minutes.
Then all that's left is to decorate them with chocolate shavings . Spread the surface with cocoa cream and let the shavings stick to it.

Ingredients
- 600 g of wheat flour
- 250g softened or softened butter
- 250 g of sugar
- 2 eggs size L
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- A little flour to dust the surface
- 100g chocolate chips
- Chocolate spread

We proceed to knead the dough, incorporating all the ingredients together. We do it in different ways depending on the different means we use:
- If we use a kneading robot, we knead it 5 minutes at medium-high speed with a special arm.
- If you use a Thermomix, add all the ingredients, but with half the amount of flour, and knead, programming 3 minutes at kneading speed. Then add the other half of the flour and program 3 minutes at kneading speed again.
- If we do it by hand, we put all the ingredients in a bowl. We knead with our hands little by little until a united mass is formed.
Place the dough on a floured surface and roll it out with a rolling pin . It should be about 1,5 cm thick.
We used the cutters to make the kittens. It doesn't matter if you don't have the cutters, you can make them with other types of shapes.
We prepare a baking tray lined with baking paper. We preheat the oven to 220°C (425 °F) with the top and bottom elements on. We place the cookies on the tray.
We put the tray in the oven and let them cook for 10 to 12 minutes. Once cooked, we let them cool.
Spread chocolate cream on the surface of the cookies. Put the chocolate sprinkles in a bowl and coat the cookies. Ready to eat!
