we have these funny cookies shaped like kittens to make with the little ones in the house. They are great, since they have a butter and vanilla flavor very nice.
To make the dough we will have to have a little patience, since if we choose to make it by hand it will take us a little more time and effort. However, with a kneading robot we can make the dough in several minutes.
Then all that remains is to decorate them with shavings of chocolate. We spread the surface with cocoa cream and let the shavings stick to its surface.

Ingredients
- 600 g of wheat flour
- 250g softened or softened butter
- 250 g of sugar
- 2 eggs size L
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- A little flour to dust the surface
- 100g chocolate chips
- Chocolate spread
Preparation
We proceed to knead the dough, incorporating all the ingredients together. We do it in different ways depending on the different means we use:
- If we use a kneading robot, we knead it 5 minutes at medium-high speed with a special arm.
- If you use a Thermomix, add all the ingredients, but with half the amount of flour, and knead, programming 3 minutes at kneading speed. Then add the other half of the flour and program 3 minutes at kneading speed again.
- If we do it by hand, we put all the ingredients in a bowl. We knead with our hands little by little until a united mass is formed.
We place the dough on a floured surface and proceed to roll it out with a roller. A considerable thickness must be left, between 1,5 cm high.
We used the cutters to make the kittens. It doesn't matter if you don't have the cutters, you can make them with other types of shapes.
We prepare a tray that can go in the oven, with baking paper on its base. We put the pan to heat oven at 220º with heat from above and below. Place the cookies on the tray.
We put the tray in the oven and let them cook for a while. 10 to 12 minutes. Once they are done, we will let them cool.
We spread the surface of the cookies with chocolate cream. We put the Chocolate chips in a bowl and spread the cookies. Ready to eat!
