You know how we like pancakes. If we have flour and eggs at home, we always have breakfast fixed. In this case they are chocolate chip pancakes delicious.
Maybe the secret is the pan. It is important that it be a nonstick skillet and that we spread it before with a little fat, which can be butter or oil.
You already know that pancakes are usually served with honey, jam, melted chocolate... although today's they are rich by themselves.

Ingredients
- 300 g flour
- 50 g of sugar
- 15 g Royal type baking yeast
- 350 ml of hot milk
- 25 ml of sunflower oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 sachet of vanilla
- 60 g chopped chocolate
Music
Put the flour, sugar and yeast in a bowl.
Add the oil and the eggs.
Then add the hot milk and vanilla.
We mix everything well.
Add the chopped chocolate.
We mix.
Let the dough rest for about 30 minutes in the fridge, with the bowl covered with plastic wrap.
Paint a nonstick skillet with a little butter or oil.
With a saucepan we are putting dough in our pan, to form the pancakes. When bubbles start to come out we turn them.
