Ingredients

1 egg
60 g of cane sugar
60 g of sunflower oil
40 g of water
15 g of bitter cocoa powder
240 g flour
1 teaspoon yeast for sweets

Music

In a large bowl we put 1 egg.
We add the sugar.
We incorporate the oil and water.
Next we add the cocoa.
We mix everything with a spoon.
Add the flour and yeast and mix everything, first with the spoon and then with your hands.
Once we have the dough ready we are taking portions of about 15 g. With our hands we shape them into a ball.
We are placing the cookies on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
Bake at 180º for approximately 20 minutes.
