1 tablet of chocolate nougat
100 ml. milk
100 gr. Of flour
100 gr. sugar
1 sachet (16 gr.) Baking powder
100 gr. of butter
3 eggs
a pinch of salt

Preparation

Melt the chopped nougat tablet in a non-stick saucepan with the milk over low heat or put it in the microwave for one or two minutes, but stopping from time to time to stir. If we have a kitchen robot, we can reduce the nougat to powder and add it directly to the dough that we will prepare next. In this case, the milk is added in the next step.
In a bowl, add the eggs together with the sugar and beat with the whisk until doubled in size. Then, add the butter and continue beating until all the ingredients are integrated.
Pour the nougat cream over the previous preparation and beat.
Mix the flour with the yeast and salt in a bowl and pour everything in the form of rain over the chocolate paste and mix the ingredients until obtaining a homogeneous mass.
We introduce this pasta in a greased and floured mold or well covered with non-stick paper. We cook the cake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 25-30 minutes or until we check with a needle that when inserted into the cake, it comes out dry.
