It is a small cake but one that coconut lovers really like. This coconut and Nutella sponge cake It is made following very few steps and with ingredients that many of us have at home.
It has no butter or oil but it is as delicious as any other cake.
Nutella can be replaced by jam. Do you dare to try it?

Ingredients
- 100 g flour
- 100 g of grated coconut
- 75 g of sugar
- 1 envelope of royal type baking yeast
- Egg whites 2
- 150g milk
- A tablespoon of Nutella
Music
We put the flour, coconut, sugar and yeast in a bowl. We mix.
We add the two egg whites and the milk. We integrate everything well.
We prepare a mold of about 20 centimeters in diameter, greasing it if necessary.
We put two thirds of our dough on the base of the mold. In the middle we put the Nutella, dropping it with the spoon.
We cover everything with the rest of the cake dough.
Bake at 180º (preheated oven) for 18-20 minutes.
