    Ingredients

    • 4 cod fillets
    • 2 glasses of milk
    • 1 glass of cream
    • 1 cebolla
    • olive oil
    • 2 spoons Of flour
    • 1 kilo of potatoes

    1. Soak the cod for two days, changing the water a couple of times. Next, we blanch it in the boiling milk for a couple of minutes. We reserve the cooking milk.

    2. Cut the onion into thin slices and fry in oil until soft. Drain the cod, remove the skin and bones, and crumble into medium pieces. Add it to the onion.

    3. We slowly sauté the flour in a pan with oil and stir little by little as we add the milk where the cod was cooked, previously strained. Let it thicken and add it to the cod with onion.

    4. We fry the sliced ​​potatoes in not very hot oil so that they are more poached, and not fried. We drain.

    5. In a baking dish, we put a potato base, on top the cod seasoning with salt, pepper and nutmeg. We pour the cream on top and sprinkle with grated cheese.

    6. Bake in the oven over low heat for half an hour.
