Lately when I have to make a quick dessert for a family gathering I go for the puddings, they are very simple to do and they like practically everyone, so they are a sure hit. They can also be prepared in many flavors and the last one I prepared was a coffee flan that loved everyone.
This flan is made with condensed milk which adds creaminess and sweetness to the flan making it irresistible!

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 250 gr. condensed milk
- 250 gr. milk
- 1 or 2 cups of espresso coffee (depending on the intensity you want of flavor)
- Liquid candy

Crack the eggs in a bowl.
Add the condensed milk and beat with manual or electric stirrers or a mixer until everything is well mixed.
Add the milk and continue beating.
Finally add the coffee and beat until perfectly integrated.
Cover the bottom of the flaneras with liquid caramel.
Distribute the mixture that we have prepared in the flaneras.
Place the flaneras in a container in which we will have placed water so that they are made in a water bath.
Place in the oven preheated to 180ºC and bake for approximately 50 minutes until they are set.
Let it warm, cool in the fridge and unmold when serving.
Notes
If during the cooking process we see that the surface is browning excessively, we can cover them with aluminum foil until the end of cooking.
