Ingredients

1 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup icing sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 cups of flour
A pinch of salt
Zest of 1 lemon

Start by preheating the oven to 180 degrees, and prepare a tray with baking paper.
In a bowl we will put the softened butter and beat it for 30 seconds at a medium speed with the mixer. While we beat, we add the icing sugar, the vanilla extract, the lemon juice, the flour, the salt and the lemon zest, until everything is completely unified.
Check that the dough is not sticky so that you can shape it with the palm of your hand, and that will be the moment when it is ready, if not, add a little more flour.
Shape small balls and put them on the baking tray.
Let the boots cook for at least 12 minutes, and after that time, let them cool.
Once they are cold, we prepare some white chocolate cream in a container and the colored balls on a plate.
The process that we will carry out to coat the truffles will be the following. First we will pass the truffle through the white chocolate cream (with the help of a toothpick so as not to stain it), and then pass each of the truffles through the colored balls.
